Police Kill Man In Wheelchair

Huston police shot to death a double amputee in a wheelchair because the man was trying to stab the officer with a pen. The man was shot in the head after two police men arrived at a group for the mentally ill. The mans caregiver apparently would not give the man some cigarettes and a soda. Brian Claunch trapped one police officer with his wheelchair in a corner where the man could not get out off. Claunch refused to show the officer what was in his hand and the officer which will remain unnamed, so the other officer Matt Marin was in fear of his partners safety so he open fired on Brian killing him.
